Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing social media strategies
- Preparing monthly/weekly content plans and coordinating publishing flows
- Managing copywriting, tone-of-voice, and creative quality control processes
- Growing and improving accounts through a Social Media Optimization (SMO) approach
- Managing community interactions (comments/DMs) and protecting the brand’s communication tone
- Tracking performance metrics, generating insights, and reporting results
- Contributing to creative ideation processes such as new formats/series and trend adaptation
- Leading daily collaboration with the creative team, with clear briefs and fast feedback
- Managing revisions end-to-end, prioritizing feedback and ensuring high-quality iterations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management (preferably agency-side or multi-brand experience)
- Strong communication skills and content strategy capability
- Experience in developing and executing digital campaigns
- Creative mindset, analytical thinking, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (full proficiency in Turkish and English)
- Strong command of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience building and managing brand-specific tone of voice
- Strong knowledge of Reels/TikTok formats and content series development
- Basic performance literacy (metrics, reporting, insights)
- Proficiency in using AI tools in content and workflow processes
